Please don't choose guest chat in the messenger. Please login with your Facebook messenger and chat with us. You can send your drawing or picture in the chat)

2. Then you have to place the order over here.

3. Once the order placed, we will move forward with production. It will take about 15-20 business days for production time. 

4. About the shipping we use FedEx air shipping, it will take 3-4 business days to reach you.

5. Once you placed the order, you will get the toys in the next 20-25 business days in your hand.

6. If you ordering this custom plush for any special occasion, kindly mention the date and gift message in cart note.
